When Rosie first started serving soup to the children in her community, she cooked up her delicious and healthy soup from a small “wendy house” in her neighbourhood in Khayelitsha.
The trust helped Rosie by having proper plans drawn up for a solid structure with all necessary kitchen equipment. The trust also facilitated the fundraising of the initial construction and subsequent additions to the kitchen.
